Meet the Team

JT is the owner of Hidden Gems Research LLC - a verified Substack Bestseller followed by thousands of investors wanting to learn more about the emerging drone, energy, and autonomous robotics sectors. He has a background in finance with nearly a decade of experience in variable indexed annuities. JT works for Allianz Life Financial Services as an Internal Sales Consultant in addition to his other ventures. Based in Minneapolis, he is originally from the Boston area.

Zach spent over 20 years in financial services and management consulting, most recently as an executive leading the Digital Banking platforms and enterprise innovation for a $50B bank. Over the past year, he's been a full-time investor, focused on deeply understanding businesses and identifying long-term value creation opportunities. Zach lives in Denver with his wife and four-year-old daughter.

Josh Frazier is a former educator who became a self-taught software developer out of frustration with the limitations of existing K-12 technology. This led him to launch his own company more than ten years ago, where he focuses on building and managing software systems that handle K-12 student data at scale. Beyond software, Josh builds homes and is actively involved in investing communities.

A retired commercial general contractor, Benny lives in Charleston. He is currently building a farm and forever home for him and his wife of 32 years. He enjoys the outdoors and investing, particularly in small to mid-cap defense, drone and drone-adjacent companies. Benny has been known to travel coast to coast in search of the best organizations and leaders in which to invest.
